JASON STEWART

How did I get into this career?

Becoming a counselor has been a full circle journey. I was interested in becoming a counselor in high school, but life initially led me down a different path. Along the way I discovered coaching and earned a master's degree in positive psychology. I really enjoy helping people from all walks of life build leadership skills, overcome challenges, and learn to thrive. I've had the opportunity to work with coaching clients from over a dozen countries ranging from individual contributors, managers, and executive leaders. Over time, I realized I want to go deeper. I have found my way back to my first love. Counseling allows me to dive deeper into the challenges people face, helping them heal, find hope, and create meaningful change in their lives. It feels like coming full circle to my original passion for understanding and supporting others on a deep, life changing level.

What is my favorite thing about counseling?

It’s amazing thinking about how clients trust me enough to share their story and invite me into their journey. I love providing encouragement and comfort, while sharing what I’ve learned. Helping my clients feel safe enough to share what no one else knows and guiding them through their struggle is an honor. My favorite moments are when clients begin to see their own strength and resilience, embrace hope, and take steps toward healing and growth.

What do I do when I’m not at Renovating Hope!

The beach is my happy place! When I can’t get to the beach, my family and I enjoy exploring North Georgia. Day-to-day, I work to stay consistent with activities that ground me, like spending time with my family, going to the gym, or spending time outside (I love adventure sports).

What is my goal for my clients?

My aim is to help my clients build resilience and develop the habits and skills they need to navigate life’s challenges with confidence. I want them to feel empowered to manage new stressors, grow their well-being, and build a flourishing life.

I'm currently accepting new clients and would love the opportunity to support you. You can fill out our contact form or call us at (404) 369-8957.
