Katie is a graduate student at Regent University, pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is deeply passionate about creating a safe and welcoming space where clients feel supported and empowered to share their stories. Katie believes in the importance of being heard, accepted, and valued for who you are, recognizing that each person is unique in their strengths and challenges.

Katie tailors her approach to meeting each client’s needs, utilizing interventions like cognitive-behavioral therapy and person-centered techniques to empower clients and help them achieve their goals. She aims to equip clients with the tools and coping strategies needed to face life’s challenges with confidence, both within and beyond the therapy room. Katie enjoys working with women, especially those that are struggling with fertility, and those that are walking through issues related to pregnancy, loss, and postpartum difficulties, as well as children ages 5+ and young adults

Outside of her work and studies, Katie cherishes time with her loved ones, including her husband and sons. She enjoys being outdoors, attending church, reading, watching movies or TV shows, and pursuing personal growth through learning.
