Meet Jennifer Shea, MA, NCC

Master’s Level Clinician

Jennifer joined Renovating Hope with a desire is to come alongside individuals to provide a warm safe space where they feel understood and supported while working through trauma, relationship issues, or stressful life events. She works with adults and couples struggling with trauma, relationship issues, addiction, anxiety, and depression. She will also partner with individuals that have walked through childhood abuse and neglect, personality disorders, and codependency & boundary issues. For those that desire spiritual integration or have experienced spiritual wounding, she desires to be a supportive ear..

Jennifer generally practices from a trauma-informed psychodynamic approach and has experience working with individuals and families dealing with addiction, trauma, abuse, borderline personality disorder, anxiety, and bi-polar disorder. She can also utilize a CBT approach to explore how ones thoughts and core-beliefs may be affecting the present experience, while bringing a fresh perspective to each individual circumstances. Her desire is to collectively look at the root cause of what each person struggles with in order to affect long-term change.

Jennifer enjoys traveling, being on the water kayaking or boating, nature, spending time with family, and playing with her black Lab, Kila, and Golden Retriever, Cami.
